The Walking Dead Season Two

I totally missed season one of this show with the exception of the first episode, but boy was I wrong. The show is actually a pretty good, or should I say a really good depiction of what I think a zombie outbreak would be like.

My fear with this show was that it would be silly and very “made for TV” with PG type zombies that just didn’t meet the standard that movies have set for zombie lore. However the Zombie’s in The Walking Dead Season Two are scarier than just about any Zombie I’ve seen in any movie I can recall. I think the key feature is that none of the Zombies have lips. Did anyone else notice that? It really makes them seem more wild and dangerous and a little less human.

Anyhow I just picked up The Walking Dead Season 2 from Amazon on DVD and can’t wait for it to show up hopefully later this week so I can catch up before the next show.
